The Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation has announced a new scholarship opportunity for candidates from Bayelsa State and other Ijaw-speaking communities. According to the Foundation, “our various partners have offered to sponsor qualified and brilliant candidates into Medicine, Law, Pharmacy, Radiography, Communication and Media Studies, and Agriculture at Hensard University.”
The Foundation confirmed that this admission opportunity is part of the 2024/2025 JAMB Batch B, and lectures will officially begin on July 1st. Candidates with high JAMB scores stand a better chance of being selected for this fully sponsored education programme.
“The sponsorship covers tuition fees and accommodation alone,” the Foundation stated. The screening exercise will begin on June 21st at Hensard University, Toru-Orua, making it essential for applicants to prepare their documents quickly.
How to Apply
To apply, candidates must print the application form from the Henry Seriake Dickson Foundation Facebook page, and submit it alongside their JAMB printout, local government ID, age declaration, passport photo, WAEC or NECO results, and a change of institution form. These can be submitted physically at No. 1 Nanaye Dickson Road, Toru-Orua, Sagbama, Bayelsa State, or by email to henryseriakedicksonfoundation@gmail.com.
