The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) has officially announced the opening of registration for the 62nd AATWA Induction Ceremony. This event is open to all students who successfully passed the March 2025 ATSWA Final Examination and to previous candidates who are yet to be inducted.
According to the notice released by ICAN, the induction ceremony is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. The venue is ICAN Centre, Plot 12, Kofo Kasumu Street, Lakeview Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos. The registration fee for inductees is ₦30,000.
“This is to inform all AATWA students who were successful in the March 2025 ATSWA Final Examination and those who had passed the examination but are yet to be inducted that registration for the AATWA Induction Ceremony is in progress,” ICAN stated.
Candidates are expected to submit signed application forms endorsed by themselves and a financially updated referee, who must be an ACA or AAT member. ICAN also emphasized that all outstanding subscriptions and development levies must be cleared before submission.
All approved applicants will be contacted after their forms have been vetted. Inductees can invite only one guest. Any additional guest will attract a fee of N10,000, payable to GTBank A/C no: 0000631076, in the name of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
The institute is also accepting congratulatory messages or adverts for the induction brochure. A full-page message costs N50,000, while a half-page costs N30,000. Payment evidence and the advert design in PDF or JPEG format should be sent to sfjohnson@ican.org.ng.
For payments, candidates can use either bank payment or online payment options. Bank payment can be made through any commercial bank via Pay Direct. After payment, candidates should visit http://icanonlinengr.com/pay to generate a PIN and serial number for application.
Online payment options include Quickteller at www.icanportal.org/ATS/paymaster/Quicktellerindex and Webpay via www.icanportal.org/ats/paymaster.
