PVAC (Presidential Initiative for Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain) invites the public to the much-anticipated Demo Day for the NSIA Prize for Innovation (NPI) 3.0, happening on August 2nd, 2025, at 9:00 AM at Ladi Kwali Hall, Abuja Continental Hotel, Abuja.
This final demo day is a key milestone in the third edition of the NSIA Prize for Innovation, created to support early-stage startups focused on healthcare, education, and agriculture.
The initiative is a collaboration between the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA), the Presidential Initiative for Unlocking the Healthcare Value Chain, and Cascador. According to the NSIA, the goal is to “unlock opportunities for early-stage startups and showcase Nigerian innovation.”
NSIA plays a vital role in investing in critical sectors, building a savings base for future generations, and offering support during economic instability through three main funds: the Stabilisation Fund, Future Generations Fund, and Nigeria Infrastructure Fund.
NPI 3.0 attracted over 5,000 applications, with only 10 companies making it to the final stage. These finalists will present their last pitches before an audience of investors, entrepreneurs, and ecosystem players. The event promises to deliver a day filled with ideas that could shape the future of Nigeria’s economic and social development.

i. $220,000 in cash and equity prizes for the top 3 contestants
ii. $15,000 PVAC cash prize for the top 3 healthcare startups
iii. $45,000 Cascador Social Impact prize for the top 3 contestants
iv. A fully-funded, five-week training in Silicon Valley for the top 10 contestants
