The Bureau of Public Procurement has released the list of shortlisted candidates for the 2025 Batch B Mandatory Continuous Public Procurement Capacity Development Training Programme, MCPPCDTP.
The disclosure was contained in a statement issued on Thursday in Abuja by the Head of Press and Public Relations of the BPP, Zira Nagga.
Nagga said the training is scheduled to hold from January 25 to February 14 in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and targets officers across government institutions.
“The BPP invites all shortlisted candidates to complete their registration by Jan. 16, 2026, and attend the training programme,” he said.
According to him, the programme is designed to enhance the capacity of procurement professionals in the Federal Government and its agencies.
He urged shortlisted candidates to complete the registration form through a link made available only to participants.
Nagga added that a compulsory pre training assignment must be submitted on or before January 23.
He stated that requirements for participation include a personal computer with internet access, a medical fitness certificate, evidence of release from office, a sworn affidavit, and a non refundable course fee of N100,000.
MCPPCDTP is designed to professionalise public procurement by training federal and state officers on the Public Procurement Act 2007 to improve integrity, transparency, and competence in managing government resources.
