July 16, 2025 – The Zamfara Information Technology Development Agency (ZITDA), in collaboration with Oracle Corporation, has opened applications for the Oracle-ZITDA Skills Development Initiative (SDI). This program aims to provide free access to internationally recognized certifications and is designed to equip Zamfara youth with high-demand digital skills.
According to the official statement, “This fully-funded training opportunity provides access to globally recognized certifications and learning paths on the Oracle University Learning Portal — at zero cost to participants.”
Available Learning Tracks include:
1. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
2. Data Science & Artificial Intelligence
3. Oracle APEX Development
4. Autonomous Database & Cloud Security
5. Cloud Applications Modern Best Practices (HCM, ERP, CX, SCM)
What You’ll Gain:

Eligibility:
1. Age 18–35
2. Must be an indigene of Zamfara State
3. Minimum of ND, NCE, HND and B.Sc
4. Basic digital literacy

The application portal is now open via recruitment.zamfara.gov.ng, and the deadline is July 31, 2025. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply early.
