Dangote Cement Plc has announced the opening of applications for its 2025 Graduate Trainee Support Services Knowledge Transfer Programme. The company described the program as an opportunity for young graduates to launch their careers in a vibrant and dynamic environment.

According to the company, selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals across several key departments, including Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Technology. “This program is designed to equip participants with practical skills through hands-on experience, training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities,” Dangote Cement stated.

Participants will take part in impactful projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a better understanding of how different departments work together. The company added, “This is not just a learning experience, it is a chance to establish valuable professional connections and grow with mentorship support.”

To qualify, applicants must hold a Degree or Diploma in fields such as Social Sciences, Humanities, Business Administration, Law, or Information Technology. A minimum of Second-Class Lower or HND Upper Credit is required, and candidates must have graduated between 2022 and 2024. Applicants must also have completed their NYSC by October 2025 and be no older than 28 years by October 31, 2025. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, critical thinking, data analysis, and creative problem-solving are essential skills.
