Applications are now open for the Digital Mobilization Lab (DML) Fellowship 2026 – Cohort 2. The fellowship is a 12-week youth-focused civic engagement program organized by Connected Development (CODE) for young Nigerians interested in governance, digital advocacy, and community mobilization. The program will run from March to May 2026, beginning on March 16, 2026.
The fellowship is designed to equip participants with practical skills to mobilize online communities, drive meaningful civic conversations, and turn digital voices into real-world action. Fellows will also gain the tools and knowledge needed to lead positive change within their communities and contribute to stronger civic participation across Nigeria.
Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old and must be available throughout the fellowship period. Priority will be given to women, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and applicants from underserved communities, in line with the program’s goal of expanding inclusive participation in civic engagement.
Applications for this cohort close on March 9, 2026. Interested applicants are encouraged to apply before the deadline to be considered for the program.
