The project will engage diverse groups including market women, informal traders, small business owners, women farmers, and socio-cultural or religious women’s groups. The goal is to produce state-specific needs assessment reports and develop Citizens’ Charters of Demands that truly reflect the priorities and everyday experiences of women.

At its core, the project is designed to strengthen community voice, influence policy discussions, and ensure that women’s needs are clearly represented in governance and development planning.
