Easybuy has announced plans to recruit about 10,000 business developers across Nigeria in 2026 through its newly launched Sales Talent Program, an initiative designed to expand the company’s financing network while creating income opportunities for thousands of Nigerians.

The program will enable participants to earn a structured base pay and performance commissions by promoting Easybuy’s popular “pay small small” financing model, which allows customers to purchase smartphones and home appliances through flexible instalment payments.

Operating across multiple African markets including Nigeria, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Tanzania, Easybuy has grown rapidly as one of the continent’s leading Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) providers, connecting consumers with mobile devices and household products through accessible financing options.

The Sales Talent Program forms part of the company’s broader strategy to expand its sales network nationwide while empowering individuals with the tools and training needed to build sustainable incomes.

“This win-win partnership with Nigerians, on whose support we’ve come this far, reflects our continuous investment in people,” said Jessica Ugwuoke, Chief Executive Officer of Newedge Finance Limited.

“Selected applicants of the Easybuy Sales Talent Program would be empowered with training and the opportunity to become financially independent,” Ugwuoke added.

The company said the initiative is open to a wide range of participants including young graduates, experienced sales professionals, stay-at-home parents, POS operators and SIM card registration agents who are interested in earning income through sales.

Participants will receive structured sales training, digital tools and ongoing support designed to help them build successful careers while promoting Easybuy’s financing services within their communities.

According to the company, the model allows participants to operate largely through their mobile phones, making it accessible even to individuals who may not have access to traditional office environments.

Successful participants will earn a monthly base pay while also receiving commissions based on the number of customers they onboard and transactions they facilitate through Easybuy’s financing platform.

The program is also expected to significantly expand Easybuy’s reach in Nigeria by increasing the number of sales representatives connecting customers to financing options for mobile phones and home appliances.

Interested applicants can submit their CV through the company’s careers portal at https://easybuy.global/ng/careers/sales-talent-program.

In addition to traditional applications, the company is encouraging candidates to create short videos explaining why they are a good fit for the program.

Applicants can upload their video entries on TikTok using the hashtags #EasybuySalesTalent and #MillionNairaChallenge and then submit the video link through the application portal.

Easybuy said creators of the weekly top ten most-viewed videos will qualify for offer discussions with the company.

The initiative reflects a growing trend among financial technology companies using flexible employment and digital platforms to expand their sales networks while supporting entrepreneurship.

By combining sales training, mobile-based tools and commission-driven incentives, the program aims to create a new generation of independent sales professionals who can connect underserved customers to affordable financing.

Easybuy noted that Nigeria’s large and youthful population presents significant opportunities for both employment creation and financial inclusion.

Through the Sales Talent Program, the company hopes to strengthen its nationwide distribution network while helping participants build sustainable income streams.

“We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and locations who are ready to build high-growth careers in sales,” the company said.

The initiative is expected to play a key role in expanding Easybuy’s presence across Nigeria while enabling more consumers to access essential devices through its flexible “pay small small” instalment financing system.
