Edo State Head of Service Calls for Writers to Join Civil Service Bulletin

The Office of the Head of Service, Edo State, has officially called on all passionate and creative civil and public servants to become contributors to the Edo Service Bulletin. This initiative aims to promote public policy awareness, showcase government innovation, and strengthen human capacity development within the state.

In a statement from the Office, it was noted that, “If you are passionate about the civil/public service and have a flair for highlighting people, policy and projects, this is your chance to shine.” Contributors are invited to submit original content including articles, interviews, features, opinion pieces, research reports, and creative essays that reflect the values, progress, and issues affecting the public service.

According to the Office, “Every enthusiastic Civil and Public Servant from all cadres across all MDAs is welcome, whether you are a permanent secretary, head of MDA, director, administrator, officer or analyst, your voice matters.”

Writers are expected to submit written articles or stories along with relevant photographs. Submissions must include the contributor’s full name, official designation, and affiliated Ministry, Department or Agency.

This initiative supports digital transformation, content development, and workforce engagement while positioning the Edo State Civil Service as a hub for knowledge, creativity, and innovation in governance. The bulletin will serve as a platform to document institutional growth and showcase impactful public sector contributions.
