The African Women Entrepreneurship Cooperative (AWEC), in partnership with the Enugu SME Center and Grandvivat Academy, has announced a free business training program for women entrepreneurs in Enugu State. The initiative is supported by the Office of Digital Economy.

According to the organizers, the training is titled “Recruitment to Retention: Building Stronger Teams and Smarter Businesses.” It is designed to help women build solid business structures, reduce stress, and improve team efficiency.

“Many women entrepreneurs have brilliant business ideas but often face challenges when it comes to hiring and keeping the right team,” said a representative from the Enugu SME Center. “This program will address that gap with practical tools.”
