Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe has issued an important notice to all prospective applicants seeking admission into any of its programmes. The management stated that all candidates are required to upload their O-Level results, whether WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or NBAIS, to the JAMB portal without delay. This step, according to the College, is a vital requirement for admission consideration.
In a statement released by the institution, the management said, “All prospective applicants are hereby advised to upload their O-Level results (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB or NBAIS) to the JAMB Portal without delay. This is a vital requirement for admission consideration.”
The College further urged candidates who have already been offered admission through the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) to check and accept their admission on the JAMB portal to confirm their admission status.
For applicants who did not initially meet the admission requirements of their chosen institutions, the management encouraged them to consider changing their course or institution to the Federal College of Education (Technical), Gombe. “This can easily be done by obtaining a JAMB Green Card and visiting any JAMB-accredited center nationwide to effect the change,” the statement added.
The College also announced the introduction of new accredited courses including Economics Education, History Education, Political Science Education, Geography Education, Adult and Non-Formal Education, and Special Needs Education to expand academic opportunities for students.
