FCMB has announced that applications are now open for its Graduate Trainee Sales Programme, designed to equip young professionals with the skills and confidence to build a successful career in sales. The programme is targeted at young Nigerians with ambition and drive. According to FCMB, “The FCMB Graduate Trainee Sales Programme isn’t just a job. It’s your launchpad into a high-impact career where you’ll learn, earn, and grow with one of Nigeria’s top banks.”
To be eligible, applicants must not be older than 28 years, must hold a minimum of a Second Class Lower degree or an HND Upper Credit, and must have completed or obtained an exemption from the NYSC programme. Sales experience is considered an added advantage. The bank also stressed that only candidates who provide complete and accurate details will be considered, and applicants must be legally eligible to work in Nigeria.
