The Federal Government has announced a digital skills challenge offering beneficiaries a chance to win a laptop, tablet or high-end smartphone.
The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) said participants who benefited from Digital Literacy for All (DL4All), 3 Million Technical Talent (3MTT), Coursera, iHatch, Cisco, Tech4Dev, STEM Bootcamp or other digital skills initiatives can share their experiences.
The challenge invites beneficiaries to record a 60- to 120-second video explaining how the programme transformed their skills, career, business or life.
Participants are expected to post their videos publicly on social media. NITDA says the challenge will enable beneficiaries to tell their stories and inspire others.
The challenge begins on November 2, 2026. The agency has asked interested participants to await the participation criteria and submission guidelines.
Details about judging, prize quantities, eligible platforms and the submission deadline have not yet been provided in the announcement.
How to participate
Beneficiaries should prepare a 60- to 120-second video describing how a digital skills programme made a difference. Post it publicly on social media when the challenge begins on November 2, 2026.
Interested participants should follow NITDA’s official channels for the participation criteria and submission guidelines before submitting their entries and further instructions.
