The Federal Government is set to launch the NTDA Marketplace, a new platform designed to connect tourism businesses, investors, destinations, and innovators across Nigeria.

The Director-General of the Nigerian Tourism Development Authority (NTDA), Dr. Olayiwola Awakan, said the platform will serve as a central hub where tourism enterprises can showcase their services, attract investors, and build strategic partnerships within Nigeria’s growing tourism industry.

According to the NTDA boss, “The NTDA Market Place is designed as a meeting point for opportunity across Nigeria’s tourism ecosystem.”

He explained that the initiative will allow tourism operators, hospitality providers, travel innovators, and destination promoters to expand their visibility and tap into both local and international tourism opportunities.

“The platform will enable tourism enterprises to showcase their offerings, build partnerships, attract investment, and expand their reach within the global tourism value chain,” he said.

The NTDA Market Place will be officially launched during the 2026 National Hospitality and Tourism Stakeholders’ Forum, scheduled to hold on March 31 and April 1, 2026, at the NTDA Ground in the Central Business District, Abuja.
