The Federal Government, in collaboration with the Presidential Initiative on Compressed Natural Gas (PiCNG), on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025, concluded the Training and Awareness Programme in Kano.
Recall that two weeks ago, PiCNG commenced the CNG Training in Kano State. The initiative was designed to equip young people with practical knowledge and technical skills needed to convert vehicles from petrol to Compressed Natural Gas.
A total of 400 participants took part in the programme, marking a milestone in the push for cleaner and more affordable energy solutions in Nigeria.
Speaking on the development, officials noted that “the successful completion of the training shows the government’s commitment to sustainable energy and to creating new job opportunities through Compressed Natural Gas.”
