FUASK Sets 2025 Screening Date Schedules

July 23, 2025—The Federal University of Applied Sciences, Kachia (FUASK), has announced scheduled dates for its official screening exercise for prospective students.

According to a statement from the university, “All candidates who have applied for courses under the specified faculties are required to attend the screening exercise on 28 and 29 July 2025 respectively.”

The screening will begin by 9:00 am each day, and all applicants are expected to be present by 8:00 am for verification and other procedures.

The university has divided the schedule across two days based on faculty and program.

On 28 July 2025, the screening will cover applicants for:

College of Medicine:
i. Medicine and Surgery (MBBS)
ii. B.Sc. Anatomy
iii. B.Sc. Physiology

Faculty of Pharmacy:
i. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.)

Faculty of Sciences:
i. B.Sc. Microbiology
ii. B.Sc. Biotechnology
iii. B.Sc. Industrial Chemistry

Faculty of Environmental Sciences:
i. B.Sc. Environmental Resource Management
ii. B.Sc. Quantity Surveying

All Candidates who have applied for the following courses are required to attend the screening exercise on 29 July 2025:

Faculty of Allied Health Sciences:

i. B. Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS)
ii. B. Radiography (B.RAD)
iii. B. Health Information Management (B.HIM)
iv. B. NSc. Nursing Science

Faculty of Computing:

i. B.Sc. Software Engineering
ii. B.Sc. Computer Science
iii. B.Sc. Cyber Security
iv. B.Sc. Information Technology

Faculty of Architecture:

i. B.Sc. Architecture

Candidates are required to bring along:

1. Originals and photocopies of
their O‘Level results
2. 2025 UTME result slip
3. 2025 UTME registration or Change of Institution Slip
4. 2 passport size photographs payment receipt and application form

An application fee of N2,000 is to be paid. Details on how to make the payment to be updated shortly.
