Glovo invites young Nigerians to apply for its 2025 Q-Commerce Catalog Operations Internship in Lagos, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations, data management, and marketplace optimization. The company, known globally for its multi-category on-demand delivery services, announced that applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis. “Early applications are encouraged,” Glovo stated on its official portal.
The internship aims to equip participants with real-world experience in managing large datasets, improving processes, and supporting category management teams. According to Glovo, interns will “work with large datasets, streamline processes, and support the category management team to ensure everything runs smoothly at scale.” The role provides exposure to the intersection of technology, business operations, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants eligible for the program must hold a BSc, HND, or BA in Operations, Data Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, E-commerce, Information Technology, or other related fields. Glovo emphasized that candidates should be proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools, with strong analytical and communication skills. The company added that applicants should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a dynamic work setting.
Selection will be based on data handling proficiency, operational knowledge, analytical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. “Applications are reviewed continuously, so early submission increases your chances,” Glovo said.
The internship is open to applicants based in Nigeria and will take place in Lagos at Glovo’s Q-Commerce Division. The company noted that hybrid work options are available. Although the number of available slots has not been disclosed, multiple internship positions may be open.
Interns will benefit from monthly Glovo credits, zero delivery fees, discounted gym memberships, hybrid work flexibility, and up to three weeks of remote work per year.
