The Institute for Crisis Resolution, Peacebuilding and Conciliation (ICRPC) invites qualified professionals to serve as State Coordinators across all 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT.
This is an opportunity to be part of building peace, strengthening leadership, and advancing conflict resolution efforts across the country. Selected coordinators will play a key role in expanding the institute’s presence and impact at the state level.
State Coordinators will represent ICRPC within their respective states and act as the official link between the state chapter and the national body. They will coordinate trainings, workshops, and other professional programmes designed to promote peacebuilding and conflict resolution. The role also involves mobilising membership, building partnerships with institutions, and promoting initiatives focused on peacebuilding and conflict prevention.

To be eligible, applicants must possess a minimum of an HND or Bachelor’s degree. Strong leadership and organisational skills are required. Candidates should have an interest or experience in peacebuilding, security, law, education, public service, or community development.
