The Centre operates under Ipsos’ global Public Affairs division, a leading provider of research and evaluation services to the public sector worldwide. Across Sub-Saharan Africa, the organisation works through eight country offices, delivering evaluations of third-party programmes and projects. It also provides evidence-based advisory services to a wide range of stakeholders, including multilateral and bilateral donors, foundations, international and local NGOs, government agencies, and corporations. Its work focuses on key sectors such as youth employment, education, maternal, newborn and child health, sexual and reproductive health, agriculture and financial access, environment, governance, as well as climate and gender-related issues.
