According to the Fund, the programme is open to both entry-level participants and individuals seeking to upgrade their existing expertise, with structured pathways across foundational, intermediate, and advanced levels.

At the Level 2 stage, participants can enrol in diploma courses covering trades such as bricklaying, plumbing, housekeeping services, food preparation (culinary art), electrical/electronics engineering, engineering maintenance technology, systems support, and ICT systems and principles.

The programme also includes Skills Foundation and Skills Proficiency Certificates in areas such as basic plumbing, basic engineering, and basic electronic engineering, designed to build core technical capabilities before progression to higher levels.

The Fund emphasised that the certifications are globally recognised, noting that participants will gain hands-on experience aligned with industry standards while improving their employability and earning potential.

“Whether you are starting out or looking to upgrade your skills, there is a programme designed to meet your needs,” the ITF stated, highlighting its focus on workforce readiness and practical competence.

Prospective applicants have been advised to visit any ITF Area Office or accredited training centre nearest to them to commence the enrolment process.
