The Lagos State Universal Basic Education Board (LASUBEB), with the kind approval of the Governor, has officially announced the opening of its application portal for qualified individuals who are ready to contribute to the delivery of quality education in Lagos State.
In a statement signed by the Executive Chairman, LASUBEB described this recruitment exercise as a unique opportunity for NCE holders, B.A (Ed), B.Sc (Ed), B.Ed, HND+PGDE, BA+PGDE, and B.Sc+PGDE graduates to build a career in teaching and support qualitative service delivery in the state.
Applicants are required to meet specific qualifications before applying. These include an O’ Level Certificate such as WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB, a Degree Certificate or NCE Certificate, and an NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate where applicable. The statement further noted that “notifications or statements of results issued beyond two years will not be accepted.”
LASUBEB emphasized that the process is strictly online and that physical submission of applications will not be entertained. It also warned applicants that “LASUBEB has not engaged or authorized any individual or group to collect money for this exercise. The application is absolutely free.”
Interested applicants are to submit their applications strictly via https://subebjobs.lagosstate.gov.ng before the closing date of 14th October, 2025.
