The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) has announced that its Leadership Evaluation Hub (LEH) is currently underway, marking the third stage of the competitive selection process for the 2025/2026 fellowship cohort.

According to the academy, this stage is focused on immersive assessments and group tasks to test candidates’ leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and public service drive. “This critical phase brings together shortlisted candidates for a series of immersive assessments and group activities designed to evaluate their leadership potential,” the academy stated.

Highlighting the importance of the initiative, LJLA emphasized its vision for public sector transformation. “At LJLA, we believe that effective governance begins with the right people.
