The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has notified Fellows about the submission of 2025 backlog stipend claims.
The notice read, “This is to formally inform you that the Programme has commenced the review process of outstanding backlog claims for stipends covering January 2025 to December 2025.”
It added, “Please note that effective 31 March 2026, the Programme will no longer accept or process backlog claims for this period.”
Fellows are urged to submit any outstanding claims for January 2025 to December 2025, together with the following required documents:
A copy of the approved attendance certification from your Host Organization for the months being claimed; and
Signed and stamped bank statements showing complete transaction details from your resumption date in the Programme to date.
All submissions will be thoroughly reviewed, and only valid and complete claims will be processed. Fellows are therefore advised to ensure that all requested documents are provided to avoid delays or disqualification.
