Marcel Ngogbehei, a UK-based education and development advocate, has launched a Community Scholarship Programme aimed at identifying and supporting outstanding students within the community. Speaking at the official unveiling of the programme, Ngogbehei, who is also the founder of the Ngogbehei Cancer Centre, described the scholarship as a strategic investment in the future of young people.
