The Office of the Coordinator to the Governor of Niger State on Islamiyyah Schools (NISIS), led by Ustaz Abdullah Arab Yabagi, has announced a special scholarship opportunity for Islamiyyah students.
According to a statement issued by the Director of Press and Protocol to the Coordinator, S.J Daja Danmasani Dokajin Kontagora, the scholarship is aimed at supporting qualified candidates who meet specific academic and religious standards.
“This opportunity is open to Islamiyyah students who have memorized the Holy Qur’an, secondary school leavers, and science-oriented students,” the announcement stated.
Selected candidates will be sponsored to study Medicine in Dubai, covering full academic expenses. The initiative focuses on promoting quality education and supporting students with a strong background in Islamic and scientific studies.
Interested applicants are expected to appear in person at the NISIS Coordinator’s Office on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM for screening and further information.
