President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is expected to attend as Special Guest of Honour, while the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, will serve as Chief Host.
The summit is scheduled to hold from April 9 to April 11, 2026, at the Bola Ahmed Tinubu International Conference Centre, Abuja, starting at 9:00am daily.
