Nigeria Customs confirms pre-test CBT portal delays

September 22, 2025 – Some candidates have successfully submitted their Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) CBT pre-test examination despite portal issues. However, many candidates have reported difficulty accessing the NCS pre-test portal due to heavy traffic.

Nigeria Customs recruitment team has acknowledged the issues. According to them, “We’re currently experiencing high traffic on the site, which may cause temporary inaccessibility. Kindly keep trying as our team works to resolve the issue.”

The NCS urged applicants to keep attempting the portal until they are able to submit their tests successfully. The service is expected to consider dividing the main examination into batches when the second exam links have been sent to prevent delays.
