According to a public notice, this message is part of a legitimate recruitment campaign led by Chigari Foundation, a trusted organisation known for its work in development and accountability across Nigeria.
The statement reads, “Our attention has been drawn to multiple inquiries regarding a recent email titled ‘Data & Accountability Clerk’ which references the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) as a source of candidate information.”
NITDA clarified that the process is in partnership with the agency. “We wish to formally confirm that this communication is genuine and part of an official recruitment process of Data and Accountability Clerk across Nigeria by Chigari Foundation.”
