The Nigeria Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP) has directed applicants who have progressed to the NJFP 2.0 Pool to complete the required psychometric assessment before the next stage of the process.
According to the programme, candidates who have reached the NJFP 2.0 pool must not stop at that stage. The psychometric test is mandatory and must be completed before any matching with host organisations can begin.
NJFP explained that the psychometric assessment is not a pass-or-fail test. Instead, it is designed to help the programme understand applicants’ strengths, work style, and behavioural traits so they can be matched with suitable organisations for placement.
The programme emphasized three key points for applicants: the test is mandatory, it is not a pass-or-fail assessment, and completing it makes candidates eligible for the matching stage where host organisations select fellows.
NJFP also noted that being admitted into the talent pool does not automatically guarantee final placement. Candidates are expected to complete the psychometric assessment, update their profiles, and submit strong CVs while awaiting matching with host organisations.
Successful fellows will later be placed in organisations for a 12-month paid work placement with a monthly stipend of N150,000, designed to build professional experience and employability.
Applicants are therefore advised to log in to their dashboard and complete the assessment through the official portal at www.njfp.ng.
