NLNG Opens EOI for Land, Aviation and Marine Logistics Services

NLNG has invited qualified and experienced companies to express interest in the provision of logistics support services across its operations in Nigeria.

In a notice titled “Expression of Interest for Provision of Logistics Support Services,” NLNG said it is looking for companies with the required expertise to participate in the tendering process for specialised services.

The company stated, “NLNG is looking for qualified and experienced companies with the requisite expertise to express their interest in participating in the tendering process for the specialised services.”

It added that organisations with the right capacity and track record are encouraged to apply. “If your organisation has the capacity, expertise, and proven track record to deliver efficient, safe, and reliable logistics solutions, this opportunity is for you,” the company said.

NLNG is a leading energy company responsible for harnessing and exporting Nigeria’s natural gas resources to improve lives sustainably. It operates a production plant on Bonny Island, Rivers State, with six natural gas liquefaction trains and a total capacity of 22 million tons of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) and five million tons of Natural Gas Liquids (NGL) per year. The plant runs round the clock with support from operators, specialists and service providers.

According to the company, sustaining production requires safe and reliable logistics services for transporting goods and personnel between locations, in line with its Safety “Goal Zero” aspiration.

The scope of work covers three main areas. For Land Transport Support Services, NLNG requires Supervisory, Coordination and Assurance Services, HSE and Pre-Mob Verifiers across Abuja, Bonny, Lagos and Port Harcourt.

For Aviation Support Services, the roles include Aerodrome Operations Support, Aerodrome HSEQ and Bird and Wildlife Management, Aerodrome Facility Management in Bonny, as well as Aircraft Support Services in Bonny, Port Harcourt, Lagos and Abuja. These include passenger, luggage and freight handling, aircraft marshalling, helicopter landing operations and emergency response.

Passenger Boat and Jetty Operations Services will cover passenger and freight handling, luggage distribution and lifeguard support at NLNG jetties in Bonny and Port Harcourt.
