The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced Thursday, November 6, 2025, as the official date for the passing-out ceremony of the 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream 1 corps members.

According to a statement released on Monday and signed by the NYSC Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, the management approved a low-key event to mark the end of the service year for the batch, which began its orientation course from October 23 to November 12, 2024.

The statement noted that activities leading to the ceremony would begin with job advisory and counselling sessions for corps members across various local government areas nationwide. It added that the process would also include the signing and issuance of final clearance letters by Zonal Inspectors to the outgoing corps members.

The NYSC 2024 Batch ‘C’ Stream One orientation course, which ran from October 23 to November 12, 2024, was held simultaneously across all 37 orientation camps in Nigeria. The three-week training introduced corps members to paramilitary drills, leadership development, entrepreneurship training under the Skills Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) programme, and community integration.

Following the orientation, corps members were posted to their various Places of Primary Assignment where they served in education, health, agriculture, and other key sectors, contributing to national development and skill advancement across the country.
