The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) management has announced the opening of its mobilization portal for online registration by both foreign and locally trained Nigerian graduates. According to the management, “the portal will be opened from 4th to 9th November, 2025.”
The NYSC further directed all accredited Cybercafe Business Operators (CBOs) to ensure that only validated systems with high-resolution cameras are used to avoid delays in capturing. The management also emphasized the need for adequate lighting during passport photography and proper head positioning to make both ears clearly visible.
The statement added that “a white or off-white background must be used, and prospective corps members must not wear eyeglasses or anything that obstructs the face.” It also warned against indecent dressing, nudity, or capturing with only underwear. “No use of NYSC, military, or paramilitary uniforms is allowed,” the management stated, stressing that violation of these guidelines will attract sanctions.
