The Oyo State House of Assembly Service Commission has released the shortlist of qualified candidates for its ongoing recruitment exercise into various positions within the commission.
According to the statement, the Computer-Based Test (CBT) for qualified candidates will be held on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at the University of Ibadan Distance Learning Centre, Olode, Ibadan. The examination will commence at exactly 8:00 am.
The Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Femi Julius Okedoyin, stressed the importance of punctuality and strict adherence to the examination guidelines. He said, “All qualified shortlisted candidates must access their dashboards on the application portal to view their individual examination schedules and ensure that they are properly guided ahead of the exercise.”
He further advised that candidates should come to the venue with their examination printouts and a valid means of identification, warning that failure to comply with these requirements may lead to disqualification.
“The CBT examination is a critical phase in the recruitment process and forms the basis for the next stage,” he added.
All shortlisted applicants were directed to log into their recruitment portal dashboards via https://jobportal.oyostate.gov.ng to check their examination schedule and other vital information ahead of the next stage of the process.
The Chairman reassured the public of a transparent and merit-based recruitment process, urging applicants to ignore unofficial sources of information and rely only on the portal and verified updates from the commission.
