PHED Debt Discount Promo 2025 (5-30% Off Arrears)

Port Harcourt Electricity Distribution Plc (PHED) has launched a debt discount promo running from 10th July to 31st December 2025.

Customers can enjoy between 5% and 30% off their arrears. PHED urges residents to pay up and reconnect any disconnected lines. “Save your money,” PHED said.
