The Plateau State Microfinance Development Agency (PLASMIDA) continues to strengthen its efforts in building a skilled and empowered workforce across Plateau State. On Day 2 of the ongoing Employability Skills Training, the focus shifted to Digital Learning through the ATINGI Platform, giving participants access to self-paced online education aimed at improving employability, confidence, and professional growth.
During the session, participants were guided on how to explore, enroll, and complete online courses that enhance personal and career development. Many trainees expressed excitement after successfully completing their first digital courses.
The Director General of PLASMIDA, Hon. Bomkam Wuyep, described the initiative as “a major step toward preparing Plateau’s youth for the digital economy,” emphasizing that it aligns with the 4th Policy Thrust of His Excellency, Barr. Caleb Mutfwang, Executive Governor of Plateau State — Human Capacity Development and Education.
Through the ATINGI platform and other digital tools, PLASMIDA continues to promote skill acquisition, job creation, and sustainable economic growth in Plateau State.
