As part of preparations for the HOPE-EDU Programme recruitment exercise, the Plateau State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) has issued important updates for all registered applicants.

The updates follow the ongoing mock test ahead of the main computer-based examination scheduled for Saturday, 19th July 2025.

According to a public announcement signed by Richard Nanpon Jonah, Head of Public Relations and Protocol, “The portal for the mock examination will remain open until midnight on Friday, 18th July.”

Applicants facing issues with login details have also been advised. “Any registered applicants who are unable to access their login details should proceed to their examination centres of choice on the date of the examination and contact the centre supervisors for necessary assistance,” the announcement stated.

In the case of technical problems during the main exam, arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth process.

“In case of a general network failure experienced in any of the designated examination centres on Saturday, 19th July, the centre supervisors have been instructed to swiftly relocate such centres to a conducive area within the locality,” the statement read.

All participants are required to bring a fully charged Android phone with active data. Applicants must also be at the examination centres by 10:30 am.

The announcement emphasized that this exercise is strictly for those who previously registered. “If you did not originally register on the Application Portal of the Plateau SUBEB website, you need not come for the examination,” it concluded.
