Application is now open for the Renewed Hope Scale Up Grant, a youth entrepreneurship empowerment initiative in Plateau State sponsored by Prof. Yilwatda, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). The programme aims to support young entrepreneurs across the 17 Local Government Areas with funding, training, and mentorship to build sustainable businesses and promote economic growth.

According to the organisers, the initiative provides access to business management training, financial literacy programmes, digital marketing workshops, and mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs. “The goal is to empower innovative youths with the right tools and knowledge to scale up their ventures and contribute meaningfully to the state’s economy,” the statement read.

The selection process includes three funding categories. Merit-based applicants with innovative and feasible business ideas will receive N1 million each. LGA-based applicants selected from each of the 17 Local Government Areas will receive N500,000 each for inclusivity, while resilient SMEs will get N250,000 each. Other participants will benefit from startup packs.
