To be eligible, applicants must possess a minimum of a Second Class Upper degree or its equivalent from an accredited university. Candidates must also have at least five credits, including Mathematics and English, in GCE, NECO, or an equivalent examination. Applicants should not be older than 26 years at the time of engagement and must have completed the NYSC programme with a valid discharge certificate. In addition, personal details such as date of birth, gender, and class of degree must be clearly stated.
Successful candidates will be exposed to diverse roles, locations, and work environments with increasing levels of responsibility. While trainees will be based in Lagos, they may be deployed across different departments and locations nationwide. Applicants are expected to demonstrate strong analytical thinking, innovation, and a customer-focused mindset, alongside solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
