Startup Abuja, the organizers of the Startup Innovation Challenge/Hackathon 2025 have officially announced the closure of applications. “Thank you to all the innovators who applied,” the team stated in a release on Wednesday.
Following the end of submissions, the shortlisting process has now been completed. According to the organizers, “Emails have been sent to all successful candidates. Please check your email inbox thoroughly.”
Applicants are advised to also check their primary, spam, and promotional folders. “If you do not find an email from us, it means your application was not selected for this stage,” they clarified, while also encouraging future participation.
For candidates who have been shortlisted, there is a crucial next step. “You’re to submit the requirements in your congratulatory email latest by 7:59 PM, Monday, August 4th, 2025,” the organizers stressed.
In a recent development, the scheduled pitch session has been moved. “Please note that the online pitch earlier scheduled for July 30, 2025, has been moved forward,” they announced. This adjustment, they say, is to ensure the best experience for all selected applicants.
“A new date will be communicated,” the statement concluded. Participants are encouraged to stay updated through official channels.
