TSL announces the opening of application for its STEP Graduate Trainee Programme 2025, offering young Nigerian graduates a chance to begin their careers in one of the country’s leading logistics and transport companies. The 18-month training is a structured learning and development experience aimed at preparing ambitious and talented graduates for leadership roles.
The programme will provide participants with structured learning, hands-on projects, and mentorship, giving them deep exposure to the company’s operations while enhancing their leadership and problem-solving abilities. The initiative is part of TSL’s plan to “nurture the next generation of leaders in the transport and logistics sector” and support innovation and efficiency within and beyond the organisation.
Successful applicants will benefit from rotations across major business areas, mentorship and capability development, a clear growth path to management, and competitive compensation.
To be eligible, candidates must have at least a Second Class Upper (2:1) degree, no more than two years of post-NYSC experience, and a passion for leadership and logistics.
