Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has started sending emails notifying trainees who failed to report to their assigned centre that their slots and associated support package have been reassigned to other applicants. Unfortunately, the reporting window has now closed.
The email message reads:
“Dear Applicant,
Following your successful matching to a training centre under the TVET Initiative, you were required to report to your assigned centre within the specified timeline. Our records show that you have not reported within this period.”
“Please note that the reporting window has now closed. As a result, it is assumed that you are no longer interested in participating in the programme. Your slot and associated support package will therefore be reassigned to other applicants awaiting placement, given the high volume of pending applications.”
“We thank you for your initial interest and encourage you to stay engaged for future opportunities under the Federal Ministry of Education’s skills development programmes.”
Kind regards,
TVET Initiative Team
Federal Ministry of Education
Trainees who receive this email must now wait for new opportunities under the Federal Ministry of Education’s skills development programmes in the future and will no longer be considered for the ongoing TVET programme. This update affects applicants who missed the reporting deadline after being matched to a training centre.
