Umza Air has announced a cabin crew recruitment drive to support its Airbus A340 operations, inviting applications from qualified and safety-driven professionals. Successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort while delivering Umza Air’s premium yet affordable travel experience.
Applicants must possess a valid NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate and hold a current NCAA Cabin Crew Licence in line with NCAA regulations. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and integrity. Previous type rating on Airbus A340 or other wide-body experience will be an advantage into the airline.
Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Hausa and or French is an added advantage. Strong customer service, interpersonal, and adaptability skills are required for a safety-critical environment.
On key competencies, high safety awareness and compliance with SOPs, effective teamwork in a multi-crew environment, strong passenger handling and service delivery skills, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
