The Yobe State Government has officially announced the commencement for the sale of Civil Service Examination forms for the year 2025. This was made known through a circular from the Local Government Service Commission, located at Gujba Road, P.M.B. 1079, Damaturu, Yobe State.
In the letter dated 3rd June, 2025, with reference number LGSC/ADM/S/209/VOL.I, the Permanent Secretary of the Commission, Mohammed Gidado Abubakar, confirmed the development on behalf of the Executive Chairman.
According to the statement, the promotional examination is scheduled to hold on 5th July, 2025, from 10:00am to 2:00pm. The designated exam centres are Geidam, Damaturu, Gashua, Potiskum, and Nguru.
The Commission urged all eligible candidates who are yet to purchase the exam forms to do so before the end of June 2025, to avoid missing this important career opportunity within the Yobe State civil service.
The circular added, “All Local Government Chairmen, Directors of Personnel Management, Education Secretaries of Local Government Education Authority, and all Chief Health Officers of the Local Government are copied for their information.”
