There is a 30-day grace period starting May 1, 2025. This means every car owner must complete the application by May 30, 2025. After that, the police will begin enforcing the permit rule, and violators may face fines.
To avoid legal problems or police harassment, it’s best to apply now through the official portal. This process ensures your tinted glass use is registered and approved.
