Cybernations Training kicked off its first class today at Al Muhibba Open University, bringing together students eager to build digital skills. The event was marked by opening remarks from the Center Director of Al Muhibba University, who stressed the importance of technology knowledge for future opportunities.
The Director General of the Bureau for ICT and Digital Economy (BICTDE), Hayatudeen Babamaji, was present alongside Abi Hafsat Abubakar, the Country Coordinator of Protexxa. Both encouraged the students to take advantage of the program and maximize the learning experience. “This training is about preparing you with the right skills for the digital economy,” Babamaji said.
A facilitator from Protexxa also addressed the participants, creating a strong foundation for the sessions ahead. To support practical learning, dedicated computers were assigned to each trainee, giving them direct access to tools needed for hands-on practice. The session ended on a positive note, with participants expressing excitement for the days ahead.
