The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy (FMACTCE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Lens for Good Initiative in a strategic collaboration aimed at empowering Nigerian creatives through innovation, storytelling, and skill development.
The MoU was signed by the Honourable Minister of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy, Barr. Hannatu Musa Musawa, and Julia Azubuike, Program Director of Lens for Good Initiative.
According to the Ministry, the partnership comes at a pivotal time for Nigeria’s creative economy, showing a clear commitment to strengthen collaboration with the private sector and build platforms that enable creatives to tell authentic Nigerian stories.
“This collaboration is about giving voice to our creatives, allowing them to share our culture, values, and diversity through their own lens,” Musawa said.
The initiative supports the Renewed Hope Agenda, positioning creativity as a driver of economic growth, cultural pride, and global influence.
