Katsina State Primary Health Care Agency has released a public announcement inviting all shortlisted candidates for the 2025 recruitment of health care workers to attend the final screening and interview. The agency, located at PHC Close off Murtala Muhammad Way, Kofar Guga, Katsina, stated in the notice dated 16th November 2025 that the exercise will follow the official schedule showing each cluster, LGA, date and venue below:
According to the Committee for Recruitment of Health Care Workers for Primary Health Care, shortlisted candidates must appear with all required documents.
Candidates must bring their original credentials, including certificates and statements of result. Applicants are also expected to come with a birth certificate or age declaration, their NIN slip, and a valid current professional license or Remita receipt for license payment. The notice added that an indigene letter from the applicant’s local government of origin is also compulsory.
The agency warned that failure to present any of these documents will lead to disqualification. It also confirmed that the list of shortlisted candidates will be available at the SPHCA Headquarters in Katsina and at the LGA Secretariat or PHC Department of each candidate’s LGA of origin by Monday, 16th November 2025.
Executive Secretary Dr Shamsuddeen Yahaya signed the announcement, urging candidates to follow the instructions carefully as part of the recruitment and screening process.
