Register for Akwa Ibom Vendors at Christmas Unplugged 3.0

Akwa Ibom State has announced that application is now open for vendor registration and kiosk allocation for the Christmas Unplugged 3.0 event under the Arise Akwa Ibom initiative. Interested vendors are expected to complete their registration on the official portal as vendor registration runs from Monday, 24 November to Tuesday, 25 November 2025. Only those who apply within the approved window will be considered.

The required registration details include the vendor’s full name, business name, a valid government-issued ID, and a business registration certificate where applicable. Applicants must also select their preferred operating identity, either a business or personal name, as authorities explained that “the business name you provide must match the name on your bank account.” This measure is meant to support proper payment verification.

Screening of all registered vendors will take place from Wednesday, 26 November to Thursday, 27 November 2025 at the Christmas Unplugged Secretariat, Christmas Park. Officials said the exercise will involve physical confirmation of every submitted document and noted that “only vendors who successfully complete the verification process will advance to the purchase stage.”

Sales of spaces are scheduled for Friday, 28 November and Saturday, 29 November 2025, and vendors must transfer the exact amount specified. The organisers added that “any space obtained through third-party purchases will be forfeited without refund.”

Only vendors with successful purchases will be invited for the official orientation on Sunday, 30 November 2025. Interested applicants are to visit https://kiosk.discoverakwaibom.com/register to complete their registration.
