Meanwhile, Facebook has become a major source of confusion. Several posts and groups are currently sharing projected dates, “insider updates,” and supposed timelines for the 2026 recruitment. None of these claims are traceable to NDLEA. They are largely speculative and follow a familiar pattern seen in previous years, where rising public interest is quickly exploited by misleading posts.
Fact-checking organisations have previously flagged similar NDLEA recruitment claims on social media as false, warning that such information is often used to mislead applicants or redirect them to unofficial platforms.
At this point, there is no NDLEA recruitment form available. Applicants are advised to rely strictly on official NDLEA announcements and avoid engaging with unverified links or payment requests.
